Thank you for shopping with Playset.ae. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality toys, including clay products with a limited shelf life. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

(a) Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). 

(b) Only unused and unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for returns and exchanges. 

(c) Due to the perishable nature of certain products, including clay, returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is defective or arrives damaged.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

(a) Used clay products are non-returnable due to hygiene and shelf-life considerations. 

(b) Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

(c) Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

(a) If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. 

(b) Provide a clear photo and description of the defect/damage via email at info.playset.ae@gmail.com. 

(c) Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion.

4. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS 

(a) Contact our customer service team at info.playset.ae@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. 

(b) If approved, return instructions will be provided, including a return address. 

(c) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

5. EXCHANGES 

(a) Exchanges of the same product are subject to product availability. 

(b) Option to choose a different product of same or lesser value may be issued if an exchange is not possible. Choosing a higher priced item upon discretion of the customer will be allowed, given that the customer will pay an additional amount on top of the initial price.
